Orders are on a first come first serve basis since each item is exclusive.
In the event that your order is rejected, we ask that you consider purchasing other items.
Orders, once submitted and confirmed via email, are final. They can be cancelled within 24 hours after submission.
Pending orders will be automatically cancelled in the event that payment is not made within 3 working days (bank transfers) and 5 days (concealed cash) after having received email confirmation of the order.
1. Payment
a. Concealed Cash (At your own risk)
The exact amount of payment is sent through mail, concealed and at your own risk. However, as the money can be stolen during transfer and posting, should it be lost and not reach us, we will not be in any way held responsible.
b. Bank transfer
Payment can be made to our company account either online (via Internet Banking Fund Transfer options provided by local banks such as DBS & OCBC) or at any ATM with Fund Transfer options.
Our company account number will be sent along with the email confirmation of your order.
Your order will be delivered only upon the receipt of payment. If payment is not made within 3 working days after having received the email confirmation, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Only applicable for local orders.
Only payments made in Singapore Dollars will be accepted.
2. Shipping
For purchases of SGD$40 and above, free registered mail will be provided.
a. Standard mail
This service is provided by Singpost and is provided free.
Your order will be shipped immediately after payment is received.
While your order will probably reach you earlier, please allow up to 7 days for shipping.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible in the event that Singpost loses your mail.
b. Registered mail
Registered mail ensures the secure delivery of your mail as it is given a tracking number and requires that you acknowledge the receipt of your order.
This service will cost you an additional SGD$2.
Although your order will probably reach you earlier, please allow up to 9 days for shipping. This is because additional time is taken for Singpost to register your mail before it is shipped.
1. Personal Privacy
Your personal information will be kept private. It will not be sold, traded or revealed to other organisations & businesses.
If you join the mailing list, we will send you occasional emails of juicy updates on new items and special offers.

3. Exchanges & returns
All sales are final & goods sold cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Our merchandise is carefully examined for defects before shipping & protected by bubble wrap to prevent damage.
In the event that you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 3 days after having received your purchase, we'll see how we can help to fix it.
4. Other information
Please also note that due to differences in monitor screen settings, the actual colours of our products may be altered somewhat on your computer screen.
All items are exquisitely made from a variety of metal, glass, crystal, plastic, ceramic and resin components. We cannot and will not be held responsible if you have an allergic reaction to any of the parts.
